Which model should I choose/train to win an eyelash extension competition?

Recently Light Lashes took part in an eyelash extension competition in Ukraine (Kharkov). And I personally judged alongside Ina Adamovich, Stefani Altieri... in two beautiful nominations " Natural Look " and " 3D volume " , in which I awarded, in my opinion, the best works with the cups of the Light Lashes Academy.
During my judging activity, I observed and analyzed 60 models in the classic application and about 40 in the 3D application...
Yes, yes, you read that right: I saw a hundred girls and it was almost 8 hours of work of impartial, tireless and fair judgment towards every single model and towards every single participant! Imagine, we finished at midnight!!!

But then, getting back to the heart of the matter, what should the model be like?

1. It has to look ! You can't risk losing 3 points just because the model hasn't washed her hair! Ask her to do it the morning before! One of the main criteria is "the overall image", that is, the one in which the judge gives a rating for the first visual impact, where not only the eyelashes but also the beautiful presence count! In the photo above, I show you a model from the competition in Ukraine! Isn't it a real pleasure to see her? Besides the fact that she is a beautiful girl, she showed up in a cute dress with heels, and with a crown on her head! Here, you have to follow her example, after all it doesn't cost anything to put a bow in your hair, themed earrings etc! For this reason, you must not be ridiculous!!!!! Beauty is our job and it must be from all points of view!
2. Eyebrows ! It is not mandatory that the model's eyebrows must be perfect, but at least a little tidy. It is only 10 minutes to pass the tweezers and do a dye or henna! We know very well that eyebrows are the frame of our eyes, let's not underestimate them!
3. I gave a high score for the overall image to all those who made the effort to put on a nice lipstick ... the mouth is also very important! And above all, try to never miss the smile! It's that simple, right???
4. Of course the lashes ! In particular, the lashes and the shape of the model's eye! But as you may have noticed, I did not put this point first, because we are not always the ones to choose our models for the competition, but the objectives of the first 3 points can be easily achieved! PS If you have the possibility of bringing the model with you, I would recommend choosing an interesting eye: in shape, in color, in position; but also with a medium base of lashes: not too long, not too short, not too thick and not too sparse! Be careful, because it is important how they are arranged (better if they are all on the same line and that the levels of the lash arch are not too sparse).
5. Cleanliness ! It is very important to send the model to the judges with clean eyes, do not forget to remove the residues of the hydrogel from the cushion on the eyelashes, as well as the marker with which you made the marking on the eyelid (yes, yes, this has happened too). The same goes for dried tears, smudged foundation around the eyes, etc.
6. Provide the model with a cigarette!!! :D

Our field is wonderful! We should be proud to have the opportunity to do a job we love! So let's live it to the fullest, let's savor every event, competition, conference, party that is organized about it!
