NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (ITALY)
- For orders weighing up to 0.50kg, the shipping price is €9.97 (VAT included)
- For orders weighing 0.50kg or more, the shipping price is €12.97 (VAT included)
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over €129.97 including VAT. An exception applies to customers who already benefit from a fixed discount (excluding Light Lashes Academy students), for whom shipping is charged regardless of the total cart value.
- For SMALLER ISLANDS, an additional charge of €8-25 is applied to each shipment, and advance payment is required (card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Please contact us before proceeding with order payment.
It is possible to pay directly to the courier. For this payment method, an additional charge of + € 5.90 (VAT incl.) is required. Payment can be made with cash only for orders up to € 4,999.99 or by bank check made out to SELITA SRL for orders of any amount
It is possible to place the order online and collect it at our Shop in the province of Bergamo!
We recommend that you notify us by phone at least 1 hour before your arrival so that you don't have to wait for preparation. Collection is required within one month of dispatch.
All orders received Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM are processed and shipped on the afternoon of the same day.
All order requests received after this time will be processed and shipped on the afternoon of the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
N.B: All orders paid by bank transfer will be processed and shipped only upon receipt of payment (usually 2-3 business days from the date of the transfer).

The website provides real-time product availability, which we guarantee is always of excellent quality and freshly produced. If a product is not available, it will be displayed directly on the website.
- DHL guarantees delivery in Italy within 24-48 hours, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, which require at least 72 hours.
- TNT guarantees delivery in Italy within 24-72 hours, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, which require at least 96 hours.
- Once the shipment has been made, the customer will receive an email with the shipping notification and its corresponding tracking link to track it at any time.
- Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, but in case of urgency, it is possible to arrange with the courier to collect your package on Saturday at their nearest branch to the indicated delivery address.

Deliveries by couriers are made only on working days. In case of emergencies, there is the possibility of agreeing with the courier himself to collect your package on a Saturday at their office closest to the indicated delivery address.
The courier normally makes an attempt to deliver; if for any reason it cannot be carried out (no recipient, incorrect address, etc.) a notice will be left with instructions for return.
If the return is also unsuccessful, the goods will remain in storage. It is superfluous but necessary to remember that all this has a cost, which is not borne by the customer but is charged to the sender.
Please, therefore, ensure that at the time of delivery someone is present to collect it and that they have the total amount due (if with cash on delivery). Nothing prevents you from appointing someone else from the family, or a helpful neighbor, or even having the goods delivered to another address which could, for example, be the place of work or that of a trusted person.
It is essential to enter as much data as possible when ordering and check whether the names on the doorbell correspond to the person ordering. The more data you provide, the better we will be able to serve you!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
- Prices vary based on weight and shipping zone and are automatically calculated by the system at checkout, once the shipping address has been entered.
- Shipping to European countries is FREE for all orders over €599.97 including VAT.
- Shipping to the rest of the world is FREE for all orders over €599.97 excluding VAT.

DAP (Delivered At Place) conditions
All international shipments are made with DAP – Delivered At Place delivery.
Selita Srl covers the costs and risks of transport to the agreed place of delivery.
⚠️ Important:
Import customs clearance costs, VAT , customs duties and other local taxes in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient .
The recipient is responsible for customs formalities and any fees required by local authorities or the courier upon delivery.
All orders received from Monday to Friday by 12.00 are managed and shipped in the afternoon of the same day .
All order requests received after this time will be processed and shipped the afternoon of the next business day. Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
NB: all orders by bank transfer will be managed and shipped only after payment has been received (usually 2-3 working days from making the bank transfer).

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
What to do before signing the delivery note (while the courier is still present):
- Check the number of packages you are receiving: it must match the number indicated on the delivery note (or courier's delivery receipt).
- Check the labels affixed to the packages: they must show the correct name and address.
- Check the external condition of the packages: there must be no damage or signs of tampering (e.g., sealed with non-original tape but with the carrier's tape, damaged packaging, etc.).
IF YOU FIND AN ANOMALY:
still accept the goods and sign the delivery note (delivery receipt or, if the carrier does not provide one, the delivery slip) by affixing a RESERVATION and specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g., reservation for 2 missing packages - reservation for package with damaged carton).

ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PACKAGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED IMMEDIATELY TO OUR OFFICES, attaching a scan of the delivery receipt or, if the carrier does not provide one, the delivery note.
