NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (ITALY)
- For orders weighing from 0kg to 0.50kg the shipping price is €7.97 (VAT included)
- For orders weighing 0.50kg or more the shipping price is €9.97 (VAT included)
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over €129.97 including VAT. An exception is made for customers who already benefit from a fixed discount (excluding Light Lashes Academy students), for which shipping is paid for any cart total.
- For the MINOR I ISLANDS, an increase of €8-25 is required on each shipment and advance payment is required (card, Paypal or bank transfer). We therefore ask you to contact us before proceeding with the payment of the order.
It is possible to pay directly to the courier. For this payment method an addition of + €5.90 (incl. VAT) is required. Payable with cash only for orders up to €4,999.99 or with bank check made out to SELITA SRL for orders of any amount
It is possible to place the order online and collect it at our Shop in the province of Bergamo!
We recommend that you notify us by phone at least 1 hour before your arrival so that you don't have to wait for preparation. Collection is required within one month of dispatch.

- DHL and TNT guarantee delivery in Italy within 24-48 hours, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which at least 72 hours are required.

The courier normally makes an attempt to deliver; if for any reason it cannot be carried out (no recipient, incorrect address, etc.) a notice will be left with instructions for return.
If the return is also unsuccessful, the goods will remain in storage. It is superfluous but necessary to remember that all this has a cost, which is not borne by the customer but is charged to the sender.
Please, therefore, ensure that at the time of delivery someone is present to collect it and that they have the total amount due (if with cash on delivery). Nothing prevents you from appointing someone else from the family, or a helpful neighbor, or even having the goods delivered to another address which could, for example, be the place of work or that of a trusted person.
It is essential to enter as much data as possible when ordering and check whether the names on the doorbell correspond to the person ordering. The more data you provide, the better we will be able to serve you!

Goods acceptance:
What to do before signing the transport document (with the courier still present):
1. Check the number of packages you are receiving: it must be the same as that indicated on the transport document (or courier's delivery note).
2. Check the labels affixed to the packages: they must contain the correct name and address.
3. Check the external condition of the packages: they must not show any damage or have been tampered with (e.g. closed with non-original but transporter tape, damaged packaging, etc.).
In the event that, following the checks carried out, an anomaly is found, collect the goods anyway and sign the transport document (delivery note or, if the carrier does not provide it, the delivery note) adding RESERVE and specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g. reserve for 2 missing packages - reserve for package with damaged cardboard). Any damage or missing packages must be communicated IMMEDIATELY by email to info@lightlashes.it attaching a scan of the delivery note (or if the carrier does not provide it, the transport document).
Only in this way, in fact, can we proceed with the partial or total replacement of the products.
Attention: making a specific reservation is a right established by the Civil Code (art. n° 1698).
