It is possible to proceed with the request to return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
NOTE: it is possible to proceed only and exclusively if the goods have not been used, soiled or damaged and are still intact in their original packaging with all its parts present.

CONFIRM BY EMAIL
If the product meets the requirements, within a few days you will receive confirmation via email with instructions for returning it.
📦 🚚 Only after receiving our confirmation via email, you should return the goods via a courier service with trackable shipping at your expense, including the well-packaged products and a note with your name and reference order number in the package.
💬 As soon as we receive the package, we will contact you to agree on the method of reimbursement of the value of the returned products or the possible replacement of the products (in case of replacement with other products, the shipping cost would remain at your expense).
