To make the request, simply fill out the form below.
Only after receiving our confirmation via email, you must send the goods to be returned via courier with traceable shipping at your expense, inserting the well-packaged products in the package and a note with your name and reference order number. As soon as we receive the package, we will contact you to agree on the method of reimbursement of the value of the returned products or the possible replacement of the products (in case of replacement with other products, the shipping cost will remain at your expense).
