Glue Trivia… and an Interesting Fact!

Why don't the glue's features match the descriptions on the package? Is it drying slower than what is written or, on the contrary, faster, so much so that we can't even get from the jade stone to the lashes in time? Does the glue last half as long on natural lashes as they promised? Does it not adhere perfectly evenly?

I'll explain how to make your work last longer and how to work with maximum pleasure!!
It all depends on the work environment! At the beginning of this year at the Lash Art University (Kiev, Ukraine) specific analyses were made on extension glue , in fact, many different glues used all over the world were studied. And all the details of this analysis were presented at the 4th edition of the Lash boom world (international conference in the field of eyelash and eyebrow extensions) where we were also present.
In practice, it is essential for the glue to be used in an environment that meets certain characteristics: the humidity of the room must be around 60% and the temperature must be between 18 and 22 degrees.
What happens if the humidity is lower or if the air is too dry? The glue dries more slowly, and in fact we see the glue “dancing” on the lashes for a few seconds. I bet it has already happened to you, maybe in the driest periods of the year, obviously if you don't live in an area where the air is always humid (near the sea or in the mountains for example).
However, if the glue dries too quickly then the humidity is too high and you don't have time to immerse the lash which is immediately dry, in this case it often happens that the drop on the stone dries in 20 minutes instead of 40 .

Third generation eyelash extension glue.

I also want to tell you about another interesting fact: the glues that we find on the market today are third generation glues, which means that they are of the highest quality. They have the ability to become flexible on your client's lashes and that they do not break like first generation glues.
Furthermore, they absolutely must not be stored in the fridge! Imagine the ice cream packaged one by one in the plastic package, what happens if we take it out of the cold and leave it in contact with the environment at 22 ° ? Inside the package, water bubbles form, it is a condensation that forms due to the low temperature.
Here, the same thing happens with the characteristics of the glue! Just keep it in a cool place (even 1618 degrees is fine) and dark (it does not like to be exposed directly to the sun).
It is therefore very important not to subject it to large temperature changes!
Finally, I recommend that you always use the same brand of primer as the glue because they are usually created for each other! The primer is not used to degrease the lashes, as I often hear, but to prepare the natural lashes for perfect adhesion, it makes the glue slide perfectly and to avoid lumps and air bubbles. Instead, to degrease we can use micellar water or saline water. But never alcohol because it would ruin the chemical formula of the glue, causing a reaction, and the lashes would last much less!

Thank you for your attention to this text! I know that time is precious! I hope I have been helpful. Let me know!! Good work to all! Create!
