Big Numbers and Big Winners at the 2016 Lash Champions League

Here are the winners of the eyelash extension championship held in Bergamo on 4-5 June 2016

The international eyelash extension championship organized by us at Light Lashes with the patronage of the artisans of the municipality of Bergamo, at the NH Bergamo hotel, ended on Sunday 5 June 2016.

They were two very intense days, full of emotions and satisfactions that if we wanted to translate them into numbers would be more or less like this: 60 participants, 10 high-level judges from all over the world, 124 models, 4 nominations, 3 categories (junior, master, professional).

A great event that saw the triumph of the best lashmakers who enthusiastically and passionately challenged each other with tweezers and false eyelashes in their own category, to ensure that everyone could compete and compare themselves with colleagues of their same caliber.

However, it was not only the people described above who triumphed , but all the participants who put themselves on the line, learning to overcome their fears and themselves in a competition full of suspense and determination, where even the mistakes made were a precious lesson to grow more and more. Furthermore, all the members of the Lash Champions League 2016 were given a certificate of participation and none of them went home empty-handed, because thanks to the general sponsors and us organizers, everyone received precious and valid work tools as gifts to best apply eyelash extensions.

There was no shortage of special prizes such as the “ Grand Prix ”, reserved for the participant who managed to obtain the best overall score of the competition, awarded to Darja Striletskaja with 1634 points, and the trophies that some judges wanted to award to the best eyelash extension treatment in their opinion.

Of course, like all high-level races, there were also some reports to which we responded. After all, in all competitions there will always be someone who arrives first and someone else who arrives a few steps from the finish line.

So what can I say? Thank you all for participating and making this great international event so special!

And remember, you NEVER stop learning: only those who attend refresher courses, compete in championships or participate in industry conferences can achieve great results, observing the work of the best and learning from them techniques and tricks to continue improving!
