Interview with Lesya Zakharova. Who is she?

Tatiana: We wanted to do this interview to let the Italian world know better who you are, what your qualifications are, how you grew up in this field, etc.
Lesya: Yes, I'm very happy, I'm ready!

Tatiana: How long have you been doing eyelash extensions?
Lesya: for 7 years

Tatiana: What was the main impetus for founding the school?
Lesya: At first I opened a very small studio where I did eyelash extensions, and I had only one girl-assistant who helped me. It was the first studio in St. Petersburg that was strictly specialized in this field. It was a small room of 15 square meters. The idea of ​​the Institute was dictated by demand. I worked hard to grow professionally, I took part in competitions in Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine where I won the title of champion. All my competitions ended with a win, in all of them I came in the first 3 places. This is how my successful career began. So many artists in our field wanted to gain my experience. So I created the first training program in Russia, which, as practice has shown, has become a success and has borne fruit in the form of incredible success of my students! Today we have 2 large offices, 20 employees in the state, two full-fledged branches and 40 certified trainers in Russia.

Tatiana: What training methods do you use?
Lesya: When I write a program, I put myself in the place of the student who knows nothing about eyelashes. And so I develop tools, which allow different categories of users to receive information in the best possible way. There are people – “Visualists” who need to see once for everything to become clear, and there are “kinestets” who need deeper actions. And so on. This ensures that our training programs are filled with different materials and textbooks, and that students make significant Progress already in the first lesson.

Tatiana: Tell us about your collaboration with Vivienne ( www.vivienne.com.ua )
Lesya: We started working with this brand about 4 years ago, when it was not yet known in Russia, it is a Ukrainian brand. But thanks to our active cooperation and partnership with them, they have become one of the most popular brands in Russia! In particular, this brand can boast a huge number of new products that regularly enter the market.

Tatiana: Do you often teach abroad?
Lesya: Yes, we have a lot of requests. I have the opportunity to travel 1-2 times a month. I really like working abroad, as I like meeting new people and expanding the borders! I also like to watch how masters and companies in other cities work and develop. Russia today is a recognized leader in the field of eyelash application, the Russian school is by far the most powerful. And I hope that I can be a contribution to the development of specialists abroad. (Europeans)

Tatiana: Your latest creation “Frendly school” What is it?
Lesya: This is a program that I wanted to create, precisely because I encountered the big problem of meaningless (stupid) competition between schools, which did not allow my masters, from my studio to go and study in other schools, because they did not accept them for fear of competition. However, I do not believe in competition. I am for the creation of partners in which both parties benefit, I am for positive thinking and joint development! Today, only the most daring companies are ready to participate in this program, those who believe in themselves, those who have the power of leaders know that a partner work is the best of any business.
