The importance of a congress in the field of eyelash extensions!

I recently had the opportunity, together with my Light Lashes staff , to participate in the Lash Master Legends conference organized by Angel Lash & Brow by Francesca Nappi in Rome.
The importance of the topics covered throughout the day left no one indifferent, everyone got the missing puzzle on theory or practice. Talking to the participants, I discovered which were the most interesting topics for them and I discovered that all the topics covered were equally appreciated. In fact, some were very struck by the speech on the importance of Instagram as a method of advertising, while others were struck by the theme of styling addressed in a different way by two speakers. The first, Hanna Putjato of London Lash, focused on how important it is to be able to develop the correct effect for the type of eye, thus correcting the defects. While Petr Lhotsky of Diamond Lashes provided a scheme to be able to adapt to every eye shape, specifying and remembering that in the same person the eyes can be different from each other.
I am also very happy to have had a great positive feedback on my theme: “Internal and external angle, tricks to face them with serenity” , where I provided simple and precise guidelines to achieve working perfection without difficulty. Even Giulia Maliyarchuk , my own student and winner of several competitions, found useful information in my presentation that she was not aware of, even though she is with me every day. ;-)
We have heard many different topics, including:

• importance of taking and publishing a good photograph, which must be able to attract attention and remain in the mind of the person who looks at it for a long time;
• correct cleaning of natural lashes and cleaning of the extensions themselves to obtain an even longer lasting application;
• importance of setting a goal, how to create a personal brand and the essential marketing steps to take

And many other topics…
Certainly some participants also told me that for them it was more like a summary, but still a useful summary where they could find themselves or compare themselves with the personal experiences of the other participants.

The moment that had the greatest impact on me, with an unforgettable flamboyance, was the Artwork show, for the first time in Italy held “live” and not online. Everything left me speechless: the quantity of participants, the creations, the imagination of the girls, the perfection in the details applied on the models and the sincere and palpable emotion in the eyes of the first place winner: Wendy Artino.

Believe it or not, but it really moved me!

To conclude, they accompanied us: a very cool ballet, outdoor dinner, group dancing, music, lots of fun and talks about eyelashes ))))) haha: “Hi, my name is Tatiana and it's been half an hour since I talked about eyelashes”….

But what is the importance of a congress?
Grow professionally, learn from the best, filter the flow of information using it in your practice, NEVER be afraid to experiment, open your mind, accept different opinions and be able to structure your own.
If you have the opportunity to attend an eyelash conference, don't miss it, don't think you know everything, there is always someone who knows more than you and is ready to share their knowledge!
