Post Lash Revolution 2015 Conference Thoughts on Eyelash Extensions

What are the goals of a false eyelash application conference and why is it important to attend?

• listen to the famous people in the eyelash extension field and get inspired by them

“ Lash Revolution 2015 ” (Russia, Moscow) is not the first eyelash extension conference I have attended. In the past I have taken part in “ Lash Boom ” (Kiev, Ukraine) and in the future I will have a new and first experience in Italy at “ Lash&Brow ” organized in Rome (on September 18).

How do conferences work in our field?

First of all, I would like to specify that participating in these industry conferences is a really useful thing for those who live this job like me, with passion, emotion and a pinch of risk! If you want to keep up with the times, and be first among your competitors, if you want to make a difference and be the designer of the look and not just a simple eyelash applicator, you have to participate in the conferences and competitions!!
In fact, the conferences are attended by people who have done something for this field, who have made a breakthrough, who have invented or created something related. There are also manufacturers of materials or marketing experts (which is not indifferent for our profession) or even photographers, ready to explain to you how to take a correct photo of the eyelashes with the right framing and focus.
All these guests are called: SPEAKERS and each of them has 30-40 minutes to clearly present their speech.
The organizers, the company or person who organizes these events in turn make available the venue, the brochures, the discounts for their materials, giving you a certificate of participation, sometimes even offering lunch or a coffee break.
Of course, the conference is paid, but the expense goes to cover the organization and believe me the cost is also worth all the information received, thanks to which you learn new notions, making you grow professionally more and more.

Let's get to know this field and grow together!

The world of eyelash extensions has existed for over 16 years, but in Italy we have known about it for what 3-4? Why then don't we study based on the studies done by other countries? Why not take a step forward immediately, bypassing the first and bad experiences of those who have been doing it for years?!
Let's participate! Let's create! Let's study the mistakes of others without making them!! You must never stop, keep yourself constantly updated , participate in different courses , competitions and conferences!
