Many Conquests at the "Lash Pro Contest 2016" by Yuliya Malyarchuk

It was really nice to participate in the eyelash extension championships again this year.
By following them from year to year you can notice the growth of the organizers, the professional level of the country and the works of the participants who evolve with experience improving themselves thus becoming well-known figures throughout Europe.
In the last few months, we at Light Lashes have had the opportunity to participate as sponsors, while our trainer Tatiana was present as a judge in two very important international competitions:
"Lash Battle 2016" , organized by London Lash Professional in Great Britain (London);
"Lsh Pro Contest 2016" organized by AS-Lashes in Slovenia (Ljubljana)

However, at this moment, we want to focus on the last competition.
Why the "Lash Pro Contest"?
Because the growth of this event has been so rapid!
This year they doubled the number of participants and deepened the quality of the evaluation criteria for the judges (really complex but simplifying).
To give you an idea of ​​the scale of the event, just think that last year the competition took place only in a small part of the 15th floor of the hotel, while this year they occupied the entire floor!
The event was studied in every little detail, everything was raised to perfection.
The internal spaces were also calculated to facilitate the work of the participants, dividing their work area from that of the judges.
We also enjoyed a “coffi station” area during the race and at the end we were pampered by a grand “gala dinner" which included an entertainment program followed by the awarding of prizes to all participants and winners.

A student of our Light Lashes Academy , the very talented Yuliya Malyarchuk , also took part in the competition and won in the professional category :
2nd place "Dramatic volume"
3rd place "Natural Look"
3rd place "2D volume"
In short, in every nomination where he participated he obtained an excellent result! We are very proud and honored of these successes that he obtained thanks to his determination and also to our training ;-)

Trainer Tatiana judged and awarded the best works with the Light Lashes Academy cups.
We would like to thank the organizers for entrusting our trainer with the difficult task of judging the "Expert" category of the championship, I say difficult because this category includes teachers in the field of eyelash extensions, which means rewarding the best work among the best!
For the nomination in the classic application the Light Lashes award went to Darja Striletskaja from Great Britain.
Yuliya Bazhukova from Italy was awarded in the 2D category with a soft, fluffy and voluminous result.
While for the Volume section a very delicate but at the same time eye-catching work was awarded in the nomination "Dramatic Look" performed by Szabina Sági from Italy .

Tatiana: "Finally, championships in our eyelash extension industry are gaining ground in Europe, and not only in Russia. This year I traveled as much as last year, but today I encounter much more quality in the work. I find more respect for the work of the lashmaker, especially from the clients, precisely because of the high quality of the applications.
Participating in championships increases your self-esteem, gives you the opportunity to compete with other masters, teaches you a lot from a technical point of view and gives birth to new names. For those who have not yet tried this incredible experience, I highly recommend it because it is pure adrenaline!"
